Kunal is a Chartered Accountant, a Certified Information Securities Auditor (from ISACA USA) and has a Post Graduate Diploma in Law specialising in Securities and Financial Laws. His, close to two decades, of experience includes being in leadership roles across large organisations such as being the CFO of the HFC of Shriram Group and Paytm, where he was leading business in financial services and also as the CFO of Paytm Money. Prior to this he was a consultant with Bank of Baroda group company – Nainital Bank and was involved in launching a Digital Bank. He took over as the CFO of Sharekhan in 2007 where he managed the management buyout with Citi Venture Capital and raised capital from various marquee investors such as Baring Private Equity Asia & IDFC Private Equity. He led the purchase of the Sharekhan Group by BNP Paribas SA in a USD 400 million transaction. At GHF, Kunal heads Finance, Accounting, Compliance and the Secretarial functions.

Pankaj is the Chief Business Officer at Godrej Housing Finance. In over 19 years of experience with reputed organizations like Bajaj Finserv, Kotak Bank, HDFC Bank and Asian Paints where he handled large scale business roles. At Bajaj Finserv, Pankaj was a part of leadership team that built the direct business model for the mortgage business, making it an industry first. Pankaj has deep expertise in managing P&Ls for both retail assets & liabilities business in the financial services industry. Pankaj holds a Post Graduate Diploma from Emeritus Singapore and has completed his executive education from Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta.

Shalinee is the Chief Risk Officer at Godrej Housing Finance. A Cost Accountant and a rank holder Chartered Accountant, she has spent close to 25 years in different areas of risk management. Starting her career with Bank of America, she has worked with leading MNCs, Pvt Sector Banks and NBFCs such as ABN Amro, HDFC Bank, Barclays, Fullerton India and Edelweiss Financial Services. She has had oversight over key functions like policy, control, underwriting, collections and compliance for retail asset portfolios such as unsecured personal loans, home loans, loans against property, SME business loans to name the most relevant. Shalinee leads risk at GHF and is tasked with building a strong risk culture across the company.

Jyothirlatha is the Chief Technology Officer at Godrej Housing Finance. With a career of close to 25 years in technology, she has spent close to a decade each in ICICI Bank and TCS in various roles. She lead the technology department at Vodafone-mPesa and was the Chief Technology Officer of Dewan Housing Finance Limited. She holds a Masters in Engineering from VJTI Mumbai. At GHF, she is building a new age, customer first technology platform that will be the bedrock of product innovation in the years to come.

Nalin is the Chief Customer Officer and Head of Operations at Godrej Housing Finance. He has close to 2 decades of diverse experience in financial services in Retail Banking – Assets, Liabilities and Financial Inclusion, with demonstrated success of driving concepts to scalable execution. He has worked with companies like Standard Chartered, Citibank NA, ING Vysya Bank, Kotak Mahindra Bank and IDFC FIRST Bank where he has scaled business models from ground-up, led new product development and managed customer centric large scale digital transformation projects. He holds a Post Graduate Diploma in management from Institute of Management Technology (IMT) Ghaziabad. At GHF, Nalin is tasked with creating an unparalleled customer centric organization. He will also oversee the marketing effort for the organization.

Ruhie is the Chief Human Resources Officer at Godrej Housing Finance. She comes with over 20 years of multi-industry experience in Human Resources. Prior to GHF, she was the CHRO at Godrej Properties and has worked with companies like Marico, Kaya, ITC, NIIT and Reliance Brands before that. She holds a Post Graduate Diploma from Symbiosis Centre of Learning and Development and is an MSC in Organizational Psychology from Birbeck college, London University. Passionate about people development, she is a certified PCC level coach from International coaching federation. At GHF, she heads the People function and is tasked with creating an inspiring workplace.
